Zone 2-Diagnosis Fee

$165.00

Service Radius: Approximately 15–25 miles from our shop.

Our Zone 2 diagnostic package extends our premium service offering to clients located within our broader service perimeter. This visit includes full technician and truck dispatch, along with the first 30 minutes of onsite troubleshooting. You’ll receive a detailed diagnostic summary and a customized repair‑options report aimed at protecting your gate system, preventing unnecessary failures, and helping you make informed repair decisions.

If the issue requires deeper investigation, extended diagnostic time is billed at our standard hourly service rates.

If additional visits are needed due to parts availability, warranty‑replacement components, or complex repair requirements, the return‑trip fee is billed at half the Zone 2 diagnostic rate ($82.50), plus the applicable repair labor for that visit.

Hourly Repair Rates — billed in 15‑minute increments:

  • Scheduled weekday visits: $120/hr.

  • After 8 PM or weekend visits: $140/hr.

  • Same‑day / emergency service: $150/hr.

Repairs approved during the initial visit are completed at the applicable hourly rate.

Zone 2 — Annual Maintenance Package — $250/year

This annual package provides one comprehensive tune‑up per year, ensuring your automated gate system operates smoothly and reliably through all seasons. Regular maintenance significantly reduces the risk of unexpected failures and extends the lifespan of motors, sensors, hardware, and electrical components — a best practice supported across California’s automated gate service industry, where annual inspections are standard to prevent premature breakdowns and costly emergency repairs.

Included in Your Annual Service:

  • Full operator and motor inspection

  • Amperage test and performance analysis

  • Hinge, wheel, roller, and chain evaluation

  • Limit‑switch and travel‑path calibration

  • Photo‑eye and safety‑sensor testing

  • Lubrication of all mechanical components

  • Electrical and control‑board inspection

  • Written service report with recommendations
