Zone 3-Diagnostic Fee
Service Radius: Approximately 25–35 miles from our shop
Zone 3 extends our premium service coverage to clients located in the outer perimeter of our operating region — ranch estates, commercial properties, and high‑value residential sites that require dependable, professional gate service without compromise.
This diagnostic visit includes full technician and truck dispatch, along with the first 30 minutes of onsite troubleshooting. Our focus is to quickly identify the root cause of your system issue and provide clear, expert‑level guidance tailored to the needs of high‑end automated gate installations.
During your appointment, you’ll receive:
A comprehensive diagnostic summary
A tailored repair‑options report
Recommendations designed to protect long‑term system reliability and prevent avoidable failures
If extended diagnostics is required, extended diagnostic time is billed at our standard hourly service rates.
Should a return visit be necessary due to parts availability, warranty‑replacement components, or complex repair requirements, the return‑trip fee is billed at half the Zone 3 diagnostic rate ($97.50), plus the applicable repair labor for that visit.
HOURLY REPAIR RATES
Billed in 15‑minute increments
Service Type Rate
Scheduled weekday visits $120/hr.
After 8 PM or weekend visits $135/hr.
Same-day or emergency service $150/hr.
Repairs approved during the initial visit are completed at the applicable hourly rate.
ZONE 3 — ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
$300 per year
Our Zone 3 annual maintenance package is designed for clients who expect consistent performance from their automated gate systems, regardless of distance or seasonal conditions. This package includes one full-system tune‑up per year, ensuring your equipment remains reliable, safe, and optimized for long‑term operation.

Included in Your Annual Service
Complete operator and motor inspection
Amperage draws and performance testing
Hinge, wheel, roller, and chain evaluation
Limit‑switch and travel‑path calibration
Photo‑eye and safety‑sensor verification
Lubrication of all mechanical components
Electrical and control‑board inspection
Written service report with system‑health recommendations
