Zone 4 Commercial Diagnostic Fee
Commercial Diagnostic Fee — $225.00
Service Radius: Up to 25 miles from our shop
Zone 4 is reserved for commercial and high‑duty properties — HOAs, resorts, wineries, ranch estates, and specialized properties that require dependable, professional‑grade support for their automated gate systems. This tier provides priority access to a technician trained in commercial operators, access‑control systems, and high‑cycle equipment.
Your diagnostic visit includes full technician and truck dispatch, along with the first 60 minutes of onsite troubleshooting. Commercial systems demand deeper evaluation, and this extended diagnostic window ensures we can accurately identify the issue and provide a clear, actionable repair plan.
During your visit, you’ll receive:
A comprehensive commercial diagnostic report
A tailored repair‑options plan aligned with safety and operational requirements
Recommendations to protect uptime, reduce liability, and extend equipment lifespan
If deeper investigation is required, additional diagnostic time is billed at the commercial hourly rate.
HOURLY REPAIR RATES
Billed in 15‑minute increments
Service Type Rate
Scheduled weekday visits $120/hr.
After 8 PM or weekend visits $135/hr.
Same-day or emergency service $150/hr.
Repairs approved during the initial visit are completed at the applicable hourly rate.
If a return visit is needed due to parts availability, warranty‑replacement components, or multi‑stage repair requirements, the return‑trip fee is billed at half the commercial diagnostic rate ($112.50), plus the applicable commercial labor rate for that visit. COMMERCIAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Quarterly Maintenance — $312.50 per quarter
Billed quarterly — includes four scheduled maintenance visits per year
Quarterly maintenance is the industry standard for commercial and high‑duty properties. These systems operate under heavier loads, stricter safety requirements, and higher uptime expectations. Regular service ensures reliability, compliance, and long‑term performance.
Each Quarterly Visit Includes:
Full operator and motor inspection
Amperage draw and performance testing under load
Chain, roller, hinge, and hardware evaluation
Safety‑sensor and photo‑eye compliance testing
Access‑control and loop‑detector functionality check
Limit‑switch and travel‑path calibration
Lubrication of all mechanical components
Electrical, relay, and control‑board inspection
Written commercial service report with compliance notes and recommendations
Quarterly Billing Summary:
$312.50 billed every quarter
Four scheduled maintenance visits per year
Per gate system
Repair labor billed gate‑to‑gate with a 1‑hour minimum
LIGHT MILLWRIGHT SERVICES (CASE‑BY‑CASE)
Light millwright services may be offered on a case‑by‑case basis for commercial clients, ranch estates, and specialized properties. This includes general mechanical work, electrical troubleshooting, and light fabrication when appropriate for the scope. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure it fits within safe, manageable project parameters and is billed under the standard commercial service structure.
